Responsible for designing internal digital products, tools, and services offering actionable, data-driven insights into EA's data. I help identify key areas for improvement and vulnerabilities and subsequently develop tools to address these issues on a large scale. My role heavily depends on close collaboration with the EADP Data Science team, product managers, and analysts to continually evaluate results and minimize the effort required for application integration and support. My role encompasses comprehensive design strategy, governance, documentation, and hands-on code implementation of design systems in React. I am also involved in promoting the adoption and experimentation of generative AI, which is intentional and programmatic, tailored for specific processes and workflows to facilitate testing and learning.

Lead design efforts on Google One for the support, security, and membership benefits verticals for customer-facing applications for web and Android. Responsible for the design of our internal loyalty engine, and campaign management tools. Delivery of IA, UX, UI, and technical specifications that describe high-level detailed flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Partner with research to build data-driven prototypes to stress test, validate user flows, usability, and feature testing.

Lead design and product strategy efforts for the Onshore BI platform vertical on the Intellistream product suite by defining user models, UI, ensuring design consistency in implementation, validating user flows, usability, and feature testing. Designed high-fidelity assets, prototyping, and design specifications leveraging user-centered design models for web apps, native mobile, and hardware applications compliant with Disney production standards and proprietary hardware technology.
